Of course you can access your servers physically on site at any time. To ensure that this works without any problems, you will receive a transponder and a set of security keys to your racks from us. Your transponder is programmed to give you access only to the areas you need access to. In addition, we record all your movements inside and outside the data center. Furthermore, you have access to our sanitary facilities on the upper floor as well as to the webbar with always chilled and free drinks. In the webbar you can also access your servers via pre-installed PCs and manage them in peace.
