Dear customers,

since a few days we have been using a new, intelligent and self-developed software instance for filtering against attacks from the Internet. In the last months we had to observe that the number of attacks has increased massively and leads in various situations to a disruption of the services of our customers. Until now, these attacks had to be analyzed and filtered out manually by our staff.

This is not only very tedious, but also time-consuming. For this reason, we have decided to develop our own filtering platform, which automatically detects the attackers and immediately filters out corresponding attacks. This system is still in an early stage of development, but at this point in time it is already able to suppress 95% of non-qualitative calls.

Unfortunately, it can also happen that legitimate calls are blocked. This happens especially when these otherwise legitimate calls are made from networks that are mostly used by attackers. Unfortunately, this also includes many well-known cloud providers, which have also been used by hackers to infiltrate systems or spy on networks for quite some time.

If one of their services is accidentally blocked, please contact our support. We will gladly add your external systems to our whitelist.

Of course you can also actively do something against this problem: Make sure that your hardware, your software and all devices that are connected to the Internet are always kept up to date with the latest technology. Update your operating systems, install firmware updates and always keep one rule in mind when it comes to rights and permissions: As much as necessary, as little as possible!
