Do all servers have an administration interface?

Our virtual and dedicated managed servers are delivered with the Plesk administration interface, which can be used to conveniently manage the server. For all other products, you can decide during the ordering process whether an administration interface should be installed.

Does your shared hosting offer include an SSL certificate?

The Hosting Expert package includes at least one PositiveSSL certificate from Sectigo. In addition, the use of Let's Encrypt certificates can be activated with every package and for a small fee. This allows a free certificate to be set up for each domain.

Can contracts be adjusted within the term?

Of course! If you need more storage space, more mailboxes, a larger server, etc., we can usually adapt the contract and upgrade the services you use. The only problem is with dedicated hardware, as this depends on the remaining term and the residual value of the hardware. In any case, we will find a satisfactory solution - we promise!

How can I contact your support team?

Our support team is available by telephone and e-mail from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Fridays from 8:00 to 13:00. Outside these times and at weekends, our support is available around the clock by e-mail.

Do I have a fixed contact person?

This depends on the order volume. Larger customers usually have a fixed contact person, while smaller customers are looked after equally by all employees. However, as we do not operate a call center ourselves, there is a good chance that you will end up with the same employee from time to time.

Do your employees have a direct extension?

Our employees do indeed have a direct extension for the telephone, but we do not usually publish these extensions. This would result in an uneven distribution of the support volume and waiting times could be significantly longer in individual cases.

Will I receive an invoice?

Of course, you will always receive a tax-compliant invoice for the services and products you use. If you have not received an invoice, our accounting department is available from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

What payment options do you offer?

As a new customer, you can pay by PayPal or credit card, while existing customers also have the option of paying their invoices by direct debit or bank transfer. As soon as you have been a customer with us for a longer period of time, we can also collect your due invoices by direct debit. We generally only offer payment on account (by bank transfer) to corporate and institutional customers.

We are a non-profit organization. Do you accept a donation receipt?

No. We would very much like to decide for ourselves where and how we donate, as we would also like to keep an overview of our charity and its activities. In addition, we prefer regional destinations for our donations and therefore we direct our donations to self-selected charitable organizations and/or kindergartens, schools and other places that care for children. Of course, you are still welcome to become a customer with us. :)
