These emails are not sent by us.
Please note:
- We do not send domain renewal requests via external or unknown links.
- Our official emails always contain clear sender information and only link to our trusted systems.
- The links included in these fraudulent messages (e.g. “veladoc.com”) do not belong to our company.
Please do not click on such links and do not enter any personal data.
If you are unsure whether an email is genuinely from us, please contact our support team directly or use only your known customer account access points.
We are already taking action against these abusive activities.
