An eventful 2025 is coming to an end—a year full of joint projects, challenges, and valuable encounters. As the year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your trust. Please note that our office will be closed from December 22, 2025, through January 4, 2026. To ensure that you can still enjoy the holidays in a relaxed and carefree manner, we will have a skeleton staff on hand during this time to handle urgent matters . We ask for your understanding that we will process inquiries according to priority, as our employees should also have the opportunity to spend the festive season with their families and loved ones. For customers with booked SLAs, we will of course be available around the clock as usual via the familiar emergency number.
