In case your complaint is justified, we will of course refund you the overpaid amounts in the form of a credit note. If you participate in the direct debit procedure, we ask you to refrain from cancelling an already collected direct debit until your request has been clarified, as this would incur fees that we would unfortunately have to charge you.
