What do I need to consider when sending a support request?

Immediately after receiving your request, you will be assigned a so-called "ticket ID" and notified by e-mail. This ticket ID allows us to quickly find your request at any time. Furthermore, we can process your request even faster if you provide us with your account name or customer number.
