Your requirements for the chosen service can change at any time, for example if you need more space or other technical features that are not included in your currently booked package. Therefore, for most plans (web hosting, virtual server, etc.) it is possible to upgrade (or downgrade) to another plan without any problems. You can find the corresponding options in the customer center via the menu item Services --> upgrade/downgrade.
Please understand that this is not possible for individual products (e.g. dedicated servers). But of course we will find a solution in such cases - just contact us via email at buchhaltung@netbuild.net or use the contact form in the customer center.
