Maintenance and updates

Your server is maintained and serviced by our professional staff. We update your system regularly and ensure that there are no security gaps on the server side.

Backup

We back up your server and the files on it once a day to an external backup cluster. So if you have accidentally deleted files, we will simply restore them for you.

Administration

Your new server will be delivered with Plesk. You can use Plesk to manage your mailboxes, set up new domains, create FTP users and much more in no time at all.

Monitoring

We monitor your server around the clock. Should one of the installed services fail, our employees will react independently and rectify the problem.
