Dear Customer,
some time ago we deactivated our 0900 number for emergency telephone support. The number was rarely used and caused very high costs for the company. The purpose of the chargeable number was so that customers could only reach the emergency service in really serious emergencies.
Customers with Premium Support have had a regular emergency number for years and can still reach us by phone 24 hours a day.
We are aware that the announcement of the telephone system still has to be changed and this will of course be done in the coming days.
