Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing network service disruptions in the Frankfurt area. This is due to a physical fiber optic cable damage, resulting in increased latency and occasional packet loss, particularly affecting data traffic with the Deutsche Telekom network.

The necessary splicing work by the local technical team has already commenced and is ongoing. While some connections have stabilized, intermittent interruptions may still occur until the repair work is fully completed. Due to the nature of the damage, rerouting the affected traffic is currently not possible.

We are in close contact with the technicians on-site and expect further updates on the progress by 8:30 PM. We will keep you informed of any further developments and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
