Normally, our DNS servers are set up in such a way that most email programs can automatically recognize and use the corresponding incoming and outgoing mail servers. However, if the automatic detection fails because the domain is still quite new or not connected, you can use the Plesk server name as incoming and outgoing server. You will find this server name in your access data, which you received from us. With this server name it is possible to send and receive encrypted as well as unencrypted.
